As wedding content creators, we specialize in capturing all the behind-the-scenes and candid moments. Our goal is to help couples immortalize and celebrate their special day through a unique perspective that encapsulates how their day felt.

INQUIRE

At The Gemma Social, our process begins when a couple reaches out to inquire about our services. We first check our availability and assess if we are a good fit. If all looks good, we share our packages and pricing before scheduling an initial consultation call.

CONSULTATION

During this call, we dive deep into getting to know our couples, learning all about their wedding plans, booked vendors, and what they envision for their wedding content. We discuss package options, creative details, and budget considerations. Following this, I will draft a sample proposal encompassing all discussed aspects.

Once the couple decides to proceed, we send over an agreement and invoice to secure the date, along with a pre-wedding questionnaire that delves into logistical and creative details, such as must-capture moments and desired social media trends (if applicable).

Content PREP

Next, we will create a shot list and hold a pre-wedding consultation call with the couple, sometimes including their wedding planner. Additionally, we may liaise with the photographers and videographers beforehand, especially if they’re unfamiliar with working along side a wedding content creator.

YOUR WEDDING DAY

On the big day, we’re there to be your personal paparazzi, ensuring every behind-the-scenes moment is documented from start to finish. Post wedding, we swiftly upload and edit the content, delivering everything within 24 hours for the couple to cherish and share with their loved ones.

Onboarding

Once you sign your proposal and pay your first month’s invoice, here’s what to expect next:

Client Intake Form:

I’ll send over a detailed form where you can provide essential information like your social media logins, image library, brand assets, and any other key details we need to get started. This helps me get a clear understanding of your current set up and brand identity.

Onboarding Call:

We’ll schedule a call to deep dive into your business marketing. This is where we’ll discuss your goals, target audience, brand voice, and any specific strategies you want to implement. It’s our chance to align on vision and ensure we’re on the same page moving forward. After our call, I’ll be available for ongoing support and communication.

Content Creation

First we will create your social media plan and schedule out your content calendar over the month.

Let’s Get Started:

Now that we have your social media framework set up on your content calendar, I will start on creating content for your business. If you choose not to purchase our Content Creation services, I will require you to send me over photos and videos of what you’d like me to use to start to create graphic templates, draft engaging captions, choose effective hashtags, and then schedule out each social media post onto which platform you choose.

Interacting with your Audience:

After your posts go live, I will pay attention to who likes and comments on your posts and respond. These small interactions will make a huge impact and help build your audience and community.

How soon will I start to see growth?

This all depends on your business and the market size. I’m never going to promise my clients a specific date because some grow faster than others, but I will tell you give it 3 months to start seeing some action. Our hope is that within 6-9 months you’ll be able to see real results!

With that said, I would strongly recommend our 3 month Contract because let’s be real, there’s no such thing as true overnight viral success that stays successful unless it’s nurtured and continuously engaged with.

During the consultation and in writing the proposal, the first month is truly the foundation and strategy. The second and third month is when we can really start reaching, seeing, and surpassing your business’s goals.
